We fully insure all of our coaches and ensure all adults looking after children are fully DBS checked and safeguard trained. We have visited the resort to ensure that the juniors will have a safe and enjoyable experience.

Villas
The Premium Apartments are fully furnished with fully equipped kitchens, spacious living rooms complete with flat screen TV, air conditioning units in each room and private balconies or terraces with stunning views. The villas are all located together with all amenities a short walk away. See map above.
Each villa will have no more than four players (same sex) with an accompanying adult (same sex). Juniors will be expected to share a twin room. There will be a separate area in the villa for the supervising adult. All villas have access to a communal area consisting of a lounge, kitchen, bathroom, balcony and use of the communal pool.

The Resort: Aphrodite Hills
Aphrodite Hills Resort is a renowned destination with high-end sports facilities including Tennis, Padel, Golf and Football. Steeped in Cypriot culture the resort overlooks the Mediterranean sea, offers multiple dining facilities, a spa and two onsite gyms.

It is an approx. 5 minute walk to get between locations 1 to 4 on the map. All facilities are located on Aphrodite Hills. The site is managed by a 24 hour security team. Traffic is limited to residents and holiday makers only, meaning roads are extremely quiet.

Aphrodite Hills Tennis Academy in Cyprus features 9 professional courts, of which 5 are plexi-cushion hard courts and 4 European red clay courts. There are also 3 Padel courts – designed to offer players of all standards a surface that is of the highest quality. There will be the option to get snacks and drinks on site. Private changing rooms are available with equipment hire at a charge if needed.

Safeguarding Team
Dr Jenn Bakmanidis – Basic life support trained for adult and children. She qualified in 2014 as an NHS doctor (background in critical care) and currently training to be a qualified GP. Jenn will be travelling with us from the UK and will be in charge of one of the female villas and will oversee safeguarding during the trip.
Safeguarding procedures
Supervising ratio will be 1:4. Supervising adults will have DBS and safeguarding training. They will manage the schedule and wellbeing of the players.
